The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (Wireless, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC) is a compact, high-performance system-on-module (SoM) that brings the capabilities of Raspberry Pi 5 to embedded, industrial, and custom hardware designs.

Powered by a quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A76 processor running at up to 2.4GHz, this variant integrates a fully certified wireless module providing dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 / BLE, combined with 4GB LPDDR4-4267 SDRAM and 64GB onboard eMMC storage. The large eMMC capacity makes this model particularly suitable for data logging, local storage, and feature-rich software stacks.

Compared to previous Compute Module generations, Compute Module 5 offers expanded I/O, including PCIe, USB 3.0, dual 4Kp60 HDMI output, and multiple camera and display interfaces, enabling flexible and scalable product designs.
