The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (Wireless, 16GB RAM, Lite) is a high-performance system-on-module (SoM) that delivers the power and flexibility of Raspberry Pi 5 in a compact form factor, without onboard eMMC storage.

Powered by a quad-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A76 processor running at up to 2.4GHz, this variant includes a fully certified wireless module providing dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 / BLE, combined with 16GB LPDDR4-4267 SDRAM. As a Lite model, storage is provided externally via a carrier board, making it ideal for cost-sensitive designs, custom storage solutions, or systems booting from PCIe, SD, or network storage.

Compared to previous Compute Module generations, Compute Module 5 offers expanded I/O, including PCIe, USB 3.0, dual 4Kp60 HDMI output, and multiple camera and display interfaces. This makes it suitable for industrial control, automation, digital signage, robotics, and embedded computing.
