The SupTronics X1507 is a high-performance, completely fanless I/O carrier board designed for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5), featuring dual M.2 NVMe slots and an ultra-streamlined layout optimized for seamless integration into embedded systems.
Its innovative passive cooling design positions all user-accessible connectors on the top surface while mounting the CM5 and core components underneath, simplifying enclosure fabrication while delivering silent, dust-free operation. The X1507 accelerates development with full Raspberry Pi HATs compatibility and support for 2230/2242-format NVMe SSDs, combining flexibility, rock-solid reliability, and impressive performance in a maintenance-free fanless package.
Key connectivity includes a 1 GbE port with PoE+ support (separate HAT required, coming soon), dual M.2 NVMe slots supporting up to 8 TB storage over PCIe 2.0, two full-size HDMI ports for dual 4K output, and dual USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports (5 Gbps). Dual 22-pin MIPI DSI/CSI-2 connectors (0.5 mm pitch) enable Raspberry Pi 5 camera/display integration, while a microSD slot serves CM5 Lite variants. Additional features include a power button, CR1220 RTC socket (battery not included), 4-pin fan connector, USB-C for power/OS loading, and jumpers for wireless/EEPROM control.
